Everybody has a story they could tell… how the storms of life can sometimes blow us off-mark and cause us to lose sight of our Lighthouse… some “squall lines” we see approaching, while others we have no clue of until the lightning strikes.
I challenge all of us to M.A.D. Now! (Make A Difference Now!) and try this: Make our words few, our listening-ear more, and our anger less.
James said it this way, “You must all be quick to listen, slow to speak, and slow to get angry.” (James 1:19: NLT)
In other words, God’s righteousness doesn’t grow from human anger. So throw all spoiled virtue and cancerous evil in the garbage. (James 1:20; The MSG)
