Have you ever heard something or read something that made you scratch your head and say, “Now, what did he say? What does that mean? Hmmm….”

Step into my world….

This weekend, that’s exactly what happened. A dear friend emailed me a few quotes of Aiden Wilson Tozer. Ring a bell? Yeah, we know him better as A.W. Tozer.

When you’re ready for a “selah-moment,” please prepare thyself. You’ll need to jump off the high-diving board with God to reach the depth of these 4 quotes:

“Let God be true but every man a liar” is the language of true faith.
— A.W. Tozer

“I want the presence of God Himself, or I don’t want anything at all to do with religion…I want all that God has or I don’t want any.”
— A.W. Tozer

“God never hurries. There are no deadlines against which he must work. Only to know this is to quiet our spirits and relax our nerves.”
— A.W. Tozer (The Pursuit of God)

“Perhaps it takes a purer faith to praise God for unrealized blessings than for those we once enjoyed or those we enjoy now.”
— A.W. Tozer

Happy Swimming!
