Q; What do you put your faith in?

Q: When the furnace of life heats up, what do you do?

‘Got a couple of quotes for you to think about…one is by Charles Hadden Spurgeon and the other one is by a fellow who is rather “unknown.”  🙂

As I was driving along I-20 early one morning, I heard these words on the radio…I have no idea what station I was listening to – no memory of the call letters or the number on the dial; digital dial, that is. But I remember they grabbed my attention. So I pulled over and scribbled them down on a PostIt Note in my car.

The promises of God shine the brightest in the furnace of affliction.                                   ~ C.H Spurgeon

Faith that cannot be tested is faith that cannot be trusted.                                       ~ Unknown Author

16 When all our enemies heard of it, and all the nations surrounding us saw it, they

[a]lost their confidence; for they recognized that this work had been accomplished [b]with the help of our God. (Nehemiah 6:16; NASB)
