Then Jesus told his disciples a parable to show them that they should always pray and not give up.  (Luke 18:1; NIV)

And he spake a parable unto them to this end, that men ought always to pray, and not to faint. (Luke 18:1; KJV)

When things start weighing on us, how do we often respond?

Or, how about this… when we’ve prayed and prayed about something and it seems like we’re getting no answer from God, what do we do?

Don’t give up…keeping seeking Him, no matter what!

Then Jesus used this story to teach his followers that they should always pray and never lose hope.  (Luke 18:1; New Century Version)

ALSO [Jesus] told them a parable to the effect that they ought always to pray and not to turn coward (faint, lose heart, and give up). (Luke 18:1; Amplified Bible)
