Here’s a thought for you: Give away what you’re been given.
Hmmm, you say, what do you mean, Patti?
I mean, give away the lessons you’ve learned from the tough stuff in your life; share, pass along the comfort that’s helped you along your journey.
Soak in this Truth from 2 Corinthians 1:3,4 - Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves have received from God.

What are you following? What is your “leader”?Â
There’s a lot of darkness around us - deception, manipulation, guilt-trips, etc. You name it, it’s out there!
We’re very quick to point the finger at others and play the “blame game” with them. But, unfortunately, and to our dismay, we more often purposefully sidetrack taking responsibility for our own words and deeds.
When Jesus spoke again to the people, He said, ‘I am the Light of the world. Whoever follows Me will never walk in darkness, but will have the Light of Life’ (John 8:12).

Hold up your shield of faith and speak this Truth in Psalm 57:1-3Â –
Have mercy on me, O God, have mercy on me, for in You my soul takes refuge. I will take refuge in the shadow of Your wings until the disaster has passed.
I cry out to God Most High, to God, who fulfills His purpose for me. He sends from heaven and saves me, rebuking those who hotly pursue me;
Selah
God sends His love and His faithfulness.    Â

Who shall seperate us from the love of Christ?
Shall trouble or hardship or persecution or famine or nakedness or danger or sword?…No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us (Rom 8:35,37).
In her book, Marching Orders for the End Battle, Corrie ten Boom wrote, It is by the grace of God that we can be conquerors. To be a conqueror, one must allow God to live His life in and through him. Again and again He has to break us; that is to say, He breaks the things in us that protect and maintain ’self.’ We must surrender totally to Him and let Him do all that is necessary. Thus He gets more and more room in us.
Trust Him…we’re in the Lord’s Army!
