In this day and age, manipulation and deception grow in access! You never know who’s telling the truth!
Soak in these words that the Lord Jesus candidly spoke, I tell you the truth, the man who does not enter the sheep pen by the gate, but climbs in by some other way, is a thief and a robber (John 10:1, NIV).
A few breaths later, Jesus, as He was continuing to talk about the Shepherd and His flock, made this very clear: The theif comes only to steal and kill and destroy. I have come that they may have life, and have it (abundantly) to the full (John 10:10, NIV).
Abundance is in the Truth, not in the pious put-on.

Here’s a question for you: What gives you the energy to do what you do?
Corrie ten Boom was talking about being 100 percent God’s….she said, An electric subway train is constantly connected with electric current. A bus has to be filled with diesel fuel again and again. If we only give part of ourselves to the Lord in order that He can use us, we are like the bus. The power is continually used up, and we must be filled again. We must be like the electric trains, continually connected with the current. Then we shall go from strength to strength. If we are untied with the Lord, we are in His constant care (From her book, Not I, But Christ).

I’m looking at a picture of Corrie ten Boom on my desk. She’s sitting in a lawn chair in her backyard, surrounded by absolutely beautiful flowers that are all-colors!
As her head is turned slightly to the left, her eyes are fixed on something and a gentle smile on her face.
Hmmmm, that makes me think….when people look at your, or my, face, what do they see? Hmmm…”food for thought.”Â

This morning, I was thinking about my time with the Moms of RPA (Rockwall Preschool Association) last Friday…..I talked with them about my motto for living: M.A.D. Now! (Make A Difference Now!).
Like all of you know well, life is often so short, full of a combination of good times and bad times. So, prepare thyself - life is zooming along!
While you have this moment, Make A Difference Now and put these words of Paul into practice, The entire law is summed up in a single command: “Love your neighbor as yourself” (Gal 5:14, NIV).
Live On and Love!Â
