Many of you may have read this verse - Zephaniah 3:17, NIV - many times…but listen to it this time and hear it, especially the 4th line, as though it were your 1st time…
The Lord your God is with you.
He is mighty to save.
He will take great delight in you.
He will quiet you with His love.
He will rejoice over you with singing.
Just recently, that 4th line, He will quiet you with His love, gripped my heart and spoke directly to my insides…it was exactly what I needed to hear right then….God met me in my need.
That’s Our Father…He’s Faithful to meet us exactly where we are, exactly when we need Him most.
Like the song says, When you can’t trace His hand, trust His heart.
God’s blessings to you.

Wouldn’t you agree with me, sometimes we crave God’s mercy!
There are times when our hearts gasp for it like the air we breathe!
Take a “Calgon Moment” in this: Be merciful to me, O God; be merciful to me, for I come to You for Your protection. Hide me in the shadow of Your wings until the trouble has passed (Ps 57:1).
