I gladly write this letter of recommendation for Patti Foster as a retreat leader and speaker.
Patti led our CrossRoads Singles' retreat in April 2001. She easily got the group to focus on the retreat theme using solid biblical teaching, real life examples and antidotes and group and individual activities. She is extremely capable and talented as she led worship as well as the teaching times.
Patti quickly established rapport with our group. She displayed warmth, empathy and respect in personal conversations. This allowed group members to readily share with her the concerns they have. She ministered throughout the weekend, and beyond, not just during "scheduled" times.
I found Patti to be easy to work with as she returned phone calls, emails and letters promptly. She developed her teaching around our theme and schedule. God used Patti to break down walls and establish relationships among our people.
I will not hesitate to use Patti in future ministry events.
